The existing buildings have already been demolished, the plot of land has been prepared and is available for the construction work. Planned construction method: - Construction: The new building will be constructed as a reinforced concrete building. - Structure: The structure above will be realized using timber construction. - Facade: The outer walls will have a floor cover formwork. - Roof: Covering with fiber cement-bonded panels (color coordinated with the design regulations), roof pitch 15°. The southwest area is designed as a pent roof. - Use: The northeast, covered area serves as a one-sided open storage area and a driveway. At the rear, bulk material storage areas are integrated into the site, which also function as a retaining wall.
