The existing buildings have already been demolished, the plot of land has been prepared and is available for the construction work. Planned construction method: - Construction: The new building will be constructed as a reinforced concrete building. - Structure: The structure above will be realized using timber construction. - Facade: The outer walls will have a floor cover formwork. - Roof: Covering with fiber cement-bonded panels (color coordinated with the design regulations), roof pitch 15°. The southwest area is designed as a pent roof. - Use: The northeast, covered area serves as a one-sided open storage area and a driveway. At the rear, bulk material storage areas are integrated into the site, which also function as a retaining wall. Dimensions: - Main building: approx. 20.30 MX 14.90 m - Covered area: approx. 14.90 MX 12.00 m Construction site and development: - The client provides a free construction site with no contaminated land. - The building plot is connected to construction water and construction power. - An area of approx. 250 m² within the building plot is available free of charge for the construction site setup. Special notes: - During the construction work, the existing vegetation (hedges, bushes, trees) will be cut back or removed as necessary.
