Ontario Infrastructure And Lands Corporation (“io”) Requires A Third-party Consultant To Complete An Audit Of The General Compliance Of Upwards Of Thirty (30) Io-managed Facilities Over The Next Three (3) Years (10 Sites/year). The Audits Will Identify The Facilities' Compliance With Internal Io And Ontario Public Service (“ops”) Policies, Procedures And Applicable Regulations And Legislation Related To General Health, Safety, And Environmental Law In Ontario. This Will Involve A Combined High-level Desktop Review Of Site Operations And Processes And Site Inspections. The Focus Of These Audits Is Regulatory Compliance As It Pertains To Requirements For An Owner Of The Property, Not That Of An Employer, Thus Assessments Of Health And Safety Aspects Of Program Space Under The Control Of Occupant Ministry Staff Will Not Be Part Of The Scope Of Work. A Secondary Focus Is A Review Of Site Operations That Put The Owner (io/crown) In A Liability State. These Operations Can Be Those Of An Occupant, Our Service Providers Or Third Parties.
