The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years in similar services, with experience in supply, installation, and warranty/annual maintenance services for IT infrastructure projects. Alternatively, they can have two projects of similar nature each of not less than Rs. 100 Lakh, or three projects of similar nature each of not less than Rs. 75 Lakh. Regarding similar works completed, the bidder should have executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with options including: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should have an annual average turnover of at least Rs. 2 Cr. per annum for the last three financial years.
