Description Invitation To Bid For Laboratory Equipment (early Procurement Activity) 1. The Industrial Technology Development Institute, Through “itdi Gaa-capital Outlay 2025” Intends To Apply The Amount Of Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 6,500,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment For The “supply, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of One (1) Lot Redundancy Of Existing Hp Procurve Switch 5406zl For High Availability And Server Capability (upgraded Version Hpe Aruba Networking 5406 Zl2)”. 2. The Industrial Technology Development Institute (itdi) Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Equipment. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
