The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:
- Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost.
- Two similar works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost.
- One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
The bidder is also required to have prior work experience of having executed at least one work of similar items of 80% or more magnitude or two works of similar items of value minimum 60% individually.
Additionally, the bidder should have had an Average Annual Financial Turnover (gross) of not less than Rs. 33.99 Lacs (50% of the estimated cost) on construction works during the immediate last three consecutive financial years.
