The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works in civil jobs, including interior jobs for upkeep of residential buildings, guest houses, transit accommodations, etc. The bidder should have completed at least three similar works, each costing not less than 31.58 lakh (inclusive of service tax/GST).
