The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the successful completion of construction of any or a combination of Buildings, Roads, Driveway, Boundary Wall, Steel Structure, Retaining wall, Petroleum or Gas Installations, or Retail outlets. The value of completed work for evaluation shall be considered as under: a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost- Rs. 69.89 Lakhs OR b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost-Rs. 93.19 Lakhs OR c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost Rs. 116.48 Lakhs The experience of bidding entity only will be considered, and for fulfilling the experience criteria against work order(s), the bidder must submit valid proof, including copies of contract documents and completion certificates issued by the client. The work experience should be within the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the original end date of bid submission, i.e., 31.03.2025. The executed value of completed work submitted by the bidder shall be considered during evaluation for experience criteria. If the executed value of the job is more than the work order value and the bidder claims to meet the PQC requirement on the basis of executed value, then the bidder must submit documentary evidence of the final executed value. In case of foreign currency transactions, the value shall be converted to equivalent INR considering the conversion rate as on the date of issue of the reference order(s) based on SBI TT selling rate. For evaluation, the amount towards supply and installation shall be considered for qualifying the bidder in PQC towards experience criteria if the bidder has submitted a composite work order and the AMC/CAMC/PWAMC/O&M is going on after the supply and installation part is completed by the Contractor as per the completion certificate.
