The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - 3 years of experience for an engineer for civil work including structural and painting works with a value of Rs. 30,000. - 5 years of experience for an engineer, 2 years for another engineer, and 1 year for another engineer for works valued between 200-500, with salaries of Rs. 40,000, Rs. 25,000, and Rs. 20,000 respectively. - 8 years of experience for an engineer, 4 years for another engineer, and 2 years for another engineer for works valued above 500, with salaries of Rs. 50,000, Rs. 35,000, and Rs. 25,000 respectively.
