The required prior work experience for the bidder includes submission of documents such as work orders, completion certificates, and schedules of rates for similar nature of work. The value of the work order should be considered, excluding taxes and duties. However, the amount considered for meeting the experience criteria shall be inclusive of Service Tax/GST. The work value for joint venture/consortium/joint bidding agreements shall be worked out as per the percentage share of the bidder in the agreement. The bidder's experience shall be counted for the particular portion of the job executed by them only, as specified in the agreement. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The value of the work order should be uploaded, not less than the specified amount, which includes Rs. (amount not specified). In case the work orders submitted by the bidder are in multiple currencies/non-INR, the same shall be converted to equivalent INR considering the conversion rate as on the date of issue of the reference order(s) based on the SBI bill selling rate. The executed value or work order value, whichever is higher, shall be considered for evaluation of pre-qualification. If the executed value of the job is more than the work order value and the bidder claims to meet the PQC requirement on the basis of executed value, the bidder must submit documentary evidence of the final executed value. The annualized value of the rate contract shall be considered for evaluation of the experience criteria for rate contract tenders of duration one year or more. The work order value with amendments, if any, shall be considered for the purpose of evaluation if the executed value is not mentioned in the completion certificate.
