The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or part-completing similar work as a main or sub-contractor during the last seven years. The similar work is defined as completion of all Pipelines Laying Activity for "Installation & Mechanical Completion including hydrotesting of buried Hydrocarbon Steel Pipeline". The value of completed work for evaluation shall be considered as under: - One similar completed/part completed work costing not less than the value mentioned below: - Group-A: 294.68 (in Rs. Lakh) - Group-B: 189.28 (in Rs. Lakh) - OR - Two similar completed/part completed works each costing not less than the value mentioned below: - Group-A: 235.75 (in Rs. Lakh) - Group-B: 151.43 (in Rs. Lakh) - OR - Three similar completed/part completed works each costing not less than the value mentioned below: - Group-A: 176.81 (in Rs. Lakh) - Group-B: 113.57 (in Rs. Lakh) No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the experience of the bidding entity only will be considered. For a single similar completed or part-completed work, the minimum requirements are: - Minimum diameter of pipeline: 4” - Minimum length of pipeline: - 5.7 km for Coimbatore GA - 2.0 km for Salem GA The bidder must submit relevant documents, such as a copy of the work order, completion certificate, and TDS certificate, to support their claim. In case of work done as a Sub-contractor, the bidder must submit a certificate from the end User/Owner/Consultant, and in case of sub-contracted work order, a certificate stating that sub-contracting has been approved/permitted is required.
