The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works with specific values and percentages. The bidder should have: - 3 similar works at 30% of the value, with a mentioned value of 9 lakhs (inclusive of GST) for three work orders, - 2 similar works at 40% of the value, with a mentioned value of 12 lakhs (inclusive of GST) for two work orders, - 1 similar work at 50% of the value, with a mentioned value of 14 lakhs (inclusive of GST) for one work order. Additionally, the bidder's turnover should be more than 60% of the intended contract value during any of the last three financial years. The experience of only the bidding entity is considered, unless specifically permitted to use the credentials of its parent, subsidiary, or group company. The required prior work experience can also be from the business vertical which has been taken over by the bidder, or from a Proprietorship concern or Partnership firm taken over by a new entity. A demerged entity can use the credentials of the original/parent entity for 5 years from the date of incorporation. The bidder should have completed similar nature of work as a main contractor or sub-contractor within the last 07 years, and the experience will be evaluated based on the completion of work orders with a cumulative value within a specified period. The bidder must provide valid proof of meeting the experience criteria. The bidder is also required to have completed similar construction projects in the last five years and furnish details of these projects in the Experience Questionnaire.
