The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or part-completing similar work as a main or sub-contractor during the last seven years. The similar work is defined as completion of all Pipelines Laying Activity for "Installation & Mechanical Completion including hydrotesting of buried Hydrocarbon Steel Pipeline". The value of completed work for evaluation shall be considered as under: - One similar completed/part completed work costing not less than the value mentioned below: - Group-A: 294.68 (in Rs. Lakh) - Group-B: 189.28 (in Rs. Lakh) - Two similar completed/part completed works each costing not less than the value mentioned below: - Group-A: 235.75 (in Rs. Lakh) - Group-B: 151.43 (in Rs. Lakh) - Three similar completed/part completed works each costing not less than the value mentioned below: - Group-A: 176.81 (in Rs. Lakh) - Group-B: 113.57 (in Rs. Lakh) No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the experience of the bidding entity only will be considered. For a single similar completed or part-completed work, the minimum requirements are: - Minimum Size (Dia.) of 4” - Minimum Length of 5.7 km for Coimbatore GA and 2.0 km for Salem GA. For multiple groups, the bidder must meet the cumulative requirements of those groups, which is the highest diameter and the sum of the minimum lengths of the quoted groups. The value of completed job should be indicated separately, including the value of completed job and GST/ Service tax as applicable. The completion certificate should separately indicate the Service tax/ Goods and Services tax amount included in the value of completed job. No specific amount or percentage is mentioned for part-completed work, only that it should be completion of all the Pipelines Laying Activity for the length of the pipeline claimed for BQC. The bidder should submit relevant documents, such as a copy of the work order, completion certificate, and TDS certificate, to support their claim.
