The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the execution of similar work in the Hydrocarbon Industry, specifically "Repair and maintenance of civil works/ Civil construction works." The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - One (01) completed work costing not less than Rs 219.75 Lakh - Two (02) completed works each costing not less than Rs 175.80 Lakh - Three (03) completed works each costing not less than Rs 131.85 Lakh These values are inclusive of Goods & Service Tax. The completion date of the work should fall within the last seven (07) years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder needs to provide details of their experience, including the value of work done, to qualify for the PQC. The amount considered for meeting the experience criteria of PQC shall be inclusive of GST. In case of Joint Venture/Consortium/Joint Bidder, the work value shall be worked out as per the percentage share of the bidder in the JV/Consortium/Joint bidding agreement. The bidder's experience shall be counted for the particular portion of the job executed by them only, as specified in the joint bidder agreement. For Rate Contracts, the experience criteria shall be based on the annualized value of works per contract, including GST. The bidder needs to provide particulars of similar work executed, including the total value of each such work, and the percentage of the total value of the sub-contract that the bidder has successfully executed. The bidder also needs to specify whether the highest value of any such work exceeds 80% of the total value of the proposed sub-contract.
