The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing similar works of a specified magnitude. The bidder should have completed one of the following: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 4,40,38,481/-), - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost during the last 7 years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed satisfactorily one similar work of value not less than Rs. 3,52,31,000/-, or two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 2,64,24,000/-, or three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 1,76,16,000/- during the last 7 years. The value of executed works is to be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Similar work refers to composite works consisting of Civil and E&M. Completion certificates issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer are required. A list of Government Organizations for whom the Bidder has undertaken such work is also required.
