The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having prior work experience in a similar nature of works, with specific requirements such as: - One similar work of 80% value of the estimated cost put to tender - Or two similar works of 60% value of the estimated cost put to tender - Or three similar works of 40% value of the estimated cost put to tender Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender with a specific type of department or undertaking. The experience requirements also vary based on the bidder's qualifications, including: - For a Graduate Engineer/Diploma Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical), 10/20 years of experience is required, with a minimum experience as a Project Manager. - For a Diploma Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical), 5 & 10 years of experience is required, with roles including Project Planning/Quality/Billing Engineer. The value of executed works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. In case of non-fulfillment of certain provisions, the amount of recovery to be made from the contractor is mentioned as: - Rs. 60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only) per month for a Graduate Engineer/Diploma Engineer. - Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) per month per person for a Diploma Engineer.
