Services To Be Performed: the Contractor Shall Provide Mobile Mammogram Services At The Parker Indian Health Center In Parker, Arizona, Peach Springs Health Center In Peach Springs, Arizona, And Supai Hilltop In Supai, Arizona. Services Are In The Form Of Providing Diagnostic, Preventive And/or Screening Services To These Three Affiliates Of The Colorado River Service Unit. The Mammography Service To Include: Offers Publicity Assistance In Advance (provide Promotional Posters And Flyers); Schedule Patient's Appointments And/or Work With The Three Facilities In Scheduling Of Patients; The Fee Includes The Radiologist Reading The Exam; And Sends Patients Reports To The Patient And Her Doctor Within Ten Business Days. major Duties: the Contractor Shall Interview And Examine Patients, Review Past Medical History And Request And/or Perform Mammograms And Examinations Deemed Necessary To Obtain All Possible Information Related To Each Case. (1) Contractor Shall Conduct Clinics As Scheduled. (2) Contractor Shall Refer Patients To The Referring Physician When Necessary. (3) Contractor Shall Assure Reading Of Each Exam Is Completed For All Patients Seen For Care. (4) Contractor Shall Evaluate Approximately Twenty To Forty-five (20-45) Ambulatory Patients In A Scheduled Day. (5) Contractor Shall Familiarize Himself/herself With The Particular Needs Of These Colorado River Service Unit Two Facilities Patient Populations. (6) Contractor Shall Be Sensitive To The Cultural Aspects Of Providing Health Care To These Particular Populations Of Native Americans. (7) Contractor Shall Comply With All Established Policies, Protocols And Procedures Of The Parker Indian Hospital And Outlying Facilities. (8) Quality Assurance Shall Be Addressed By Patient Satisfaction Surveys And Turnaround Times For Radiologist Review And Reporting. (9) Contractor Shall Provide Official Report Within Ten (10) Business Days.
