Authority Cited Far Part 6.302-1– Only One Responsible Source And No Other Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. the Contractor Shall Provide Postage Meter Services For The Pitney Bowes Meter Machine Located In Support Services Department At Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility In Chinle, Arizona. The Period Of Performance Will Consist From: 07/01/2025 – 06/30/2028. the Proposed Contractor Is The Only Organization Uniquely Qualified To Provide The Required Services For As The Equipment Does Exist On The Property With Proprietary Software That Function Together. The Government Owns The Pitney Bowes Mail Machine And Pitney Bowes Is The Only Vendor Who Can Provide Services For Their Equipment. Pitney Bowes Is A Standardized Machine In Use Across Navajo Area – Indian Health Services (ihs). this Notice Of Intent To Award A Sole Source Contract Is Not A Request For Competitive Proposals. There Will Be No Solicitation Available For Competitive Quotes. any Response To This Notice Must Show Clear And Convincing Evidence That Competition Would Be Advantageous To The Government.
