1. This Is A Combined Synopsis/solicitation For The Acquisition Of Commercial Products And Commercial Services Prepared In Accordance With The Format In Subpart 12.6, As Supplemented With Additional Information Included In This Notice. This Announcement Constitutes The Only Solicitation; Proposals Are Being Requested And A Written Solicitation Will Not Be Issued. 2. The Solicitation Number Is 285-24-rfq-0022 The Solicitation Is Issued As, Request For Quotation (rfq). 3. The Solicitation Document And Incorporated Provisions And Clauses Are Those In Effect Through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2024-06, Dated 30 July 2024. 4. This Is A Combined Synopsis/solicitation Is 100% Set-aside For Indian Owned Small Business In Accordance To Hhsar Subpart 326.6—acquisitions Under The Buy Indian Act. This Solicitation And The Associated Naics Code Is 221210, Natural Gas Distribution, And The Small Business Size Standard Is 1,150 Employees. 5. Schedule offerors Should Complete The Attached Bid Sheet. Quantities Are Estimated, Actual Quantities Purchased May Vary Based On Weather Conditions And Shall Note Exceed The Awarded Amount. 6. Description Of Requirement the Contractor Shall Provide All Manpower, Labor, Equipment, Materials/supplies, Transportation, Fuel, Tools, Supervision, And Other Items Necessary To Provide Propane Gas Delivery Services To The Monacan Health Center. This Is A New Facility With An Estimated Annual Usage Of 15,800 Gallons. the Monacan Health Center Propane Tank Is 6600 Gallons And Is Located On Site At 3767 S Amherst Hwy, Madison Heights, Va 24572 At The Rear Of The Building Underground. the Contractor Is Responsible For Conducting Business Between The Hours Of 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday Through Friday Except On Federal Holidays Or When The Government Facility Is Closed Due To Local Or National Emergencies, Administration Closing, Or Similar Government Directed Facility Closings. The Contractor Must At All Times Maintain An Adequate Workforce For The Uninterrupted Performance Of All Propane Gas Delivery When The Government Facility Is Not Closed, Or The Reason(s) Stated. 7.
