The Indian Army has issued a formal invitation for competitive bids for CATEGORY: Disconnecting and reinstalling of electrical connection from the starter for submersible pump set upto 7.5 HP for repair of unsv submersible pump from borewell , M and L for flushing of borewell complete by a compressor and cleaning or flushing the bore well till the water is become free from any mud and clear for portable. , Material and labour for replacement of GI column pipe 50 mm dia medium grade 3m in length, both ends flanged, including nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gaskets etc. , M and L for taking out u_s electric driven pump set upto 7.5 HP, discharge 3 LPS head 70-80 m and submersible cable from bore for repair the submersible pump set. , M and L for split opening the submersible motor upto 7.5 HP capacity and taking out worn out winding and rewinding with copper winding wire and complete reassembling the motor. , M and L for split opening the submissible pump multi stage 3 phase upto 10 HP capacity and replacing the worn-out shaft sleeve, impeller and reassembling the pump. , M and L for lowering the submersible electric driven pump set discharge 3 LPS 70-80m head alongwith GI column pipe 50 mm bore flanged both side. , Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC insulated and sheathed cable with electrolytic grade annealed Cu conductor of size 10 Sqmm 3 core for submersible Pump Motors , S and F in replacement direct online submersible pump stater 3 phase 415 V suitable for upto 10 HP. , Repair of unsv LT panel bd outdoor type made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick factory made CPRI approved standard a , Repair of earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried directly in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , Repair of lorry filling point complete by RCC piller of size 45cm x 45cm x3.5 mtr ht with type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate , Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel or wire armoured, electric power cables 1100V grade with std Al conductor , Supply, fixing and lowering MS reducer, bail plug, well cap, MS strip for centering, MS iron clamps, electric logging and sample strata box. in Leh, Ladakh, with an estimated contract value of Rs. 2,95,235.
