The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years as indicated in the bid document before the bid opening date, which is 3 Years.
2. Past Performance: 40% The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes:
1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made.
2. Declaration relating to the percentage of local content, which should be certified by a statutory auditor or cost auditor if the bid value is more than Rs 10 Crore.
