The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically: - One B.Tech holder with 03 years of experience, - One diploma holder with 03 years of experience. The bidder should also have completed similar works with the following values and percentages: - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit a Past Performance Summary Certificate with details of similar work completed in the past, including the quantity, amount, and unit delivered to, for the financial years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25. The bidder is required to have prior work experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last five years. The experience should be either of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The average annual financial turnover during the last 5 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost for a work with a period of completion as three years. If the period of completion is less than 3 years, the requirement of average turnover shall be proportionally increased. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last five years. The required experience is as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. All of these should include a completion certificate. Technical staff with 03 years of experience is required, including a B.Tech holder and a diploma holder. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes similar structural methodology, primarily FEMS-based structures as well as ancillaries, and experience in similar job categories.
