The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. 2. Past Performance: The bidder's past performance is evaluated, with a weightage of 10%. The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 2 years for experience criteria - 10% for past performance - 10% of bid quantity - Last three Financial years - Minimum 50% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 Local Supplier - Minimum 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 2 Local Supplier - 25% (selected by Buyer) for MSE Seller Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made, if the bidder wants to avail purchase preference. 2. Certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies. 3. Udyam Registration and online validation through the Udyam Registration portal, if the bidder is an MSE and wants to avail purchase preference. Note that foreign/international certifications are not mandatory if Indian Standards exist, but equivalent Indian Certification/standards should be specified. The bidder should comply with the Indian Standards and certifications.
