Bidders or their OEMs (either directly or through resellers) must have supplied similar products for at least 70% of the bid quantity in at least one of the past three fiscal years to a central or state government organization or PSU. Relevant contracts demonstrating the cumulative order quantity in a single fiscal year must be submitted with the bid. For bundled bids, the category with the highest bid value must meet this requirement. Three years of prior experience in the same or similar service is also required.
