Margin of purchase preference / price band: 15% The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Certificate (Requested in ATC) 3. Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC) 4. Malicious Code Certificate Note that the Malicious Code Certificate certifies that the Hardware and Software being offered do not contain Embedded Malicious code.
