The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a number of financial years. 2. Past Performance: 50% of the evaluation weightage is given to past performance. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are:
- 50% of bid quantity
- Last three Financial years
- 15% (price band for MSE preference)
- 20% (price band for Make in India preference)
- 25% (percentage of total quantity for MSE seller)
- 3 Years (years of past experience required for same/similar service) Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender are:
- Udyam Registration (for MSEs)
- Validation and approval by Buyer after evaluation of documents submitted (for MSEs)
- Compliance with BoQ (Bill of Quantities) specification and supporting documents. Note that some sources do not specify particular technical certifications, but rather emphasize meeting quality and technical specifications of the product, or having equivalent Indian Certification/standards if Indian Standards exist.
