The eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years. - 2 Years of past experience required for same/similar service. 2. Past Performance: - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 20% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - Past performance of the bidder is required. The values and percentages mentioned for these eligibility requirements are:
