4.1 The subject of the Order is the performance of the Transport Service entitled: "Delivery and Pickup of Disabled Students in the School Year 2023/2024". 4.2 The scope of the Order includes transport and care during transport (arrival and pick-up) of Disabled Students from their place of residence located in the Andrychów Commune to: • Special School and Educational Center Branch in Kęty, • Special Educational and Educational Center in Kaczyn, • Special Schools in Wadowice - Gorzeń, • Special Educational Center in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, • Special Educational Center for Blind and Visually Impaired Children in Krakow, Ul. Tyniecka 6, • Special Educational Center No. 2 in Kraków, Ul. J. Zamoyskiego 100, • Special Educational Center No. 6 For Children and Youth With Hearing and Speech Disorders in Krakow, Ul. Less than 8, • Special Educational Center in Oświęcim, Ul. Obozowa 40, • Rehabilitation, education and care center in Kozy, • Non-public Special Kindergarten Point "give a Chance" in Chocznia, Special Education and Care Center No. 2 in Bielsko Biała, Ul. Filarowa 52. According to the List of Routes and the Number of Disabled Students Transported, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Swz. During the Transport of Disabled Children, the Contractor shall provide care in each car by an adult person, however, due to the safety of transported children, care cannot be exercised by the Vehicle Driver. 4.3 The transport will cover students with a certificate of the need for special education or a certificate of the need for rehabilitation and education classes issued by a psychological and pedagogical counseling center. 4.4 Deliveries will be made in accordance with the timetable provided by the director of each facility. The student should be delivered to the institution in such a time as to enable him/her to start lessons and, if possible, be picked up after their completion without unnecessary waiting. 4.5 During the term of the Agreement, the list of planned transport routes and the number of pupils transported, referred to in Appendix No. 3 to the Swz, may be subject to change. The hours of transporting and dropping off students may also change as a result of school principals changing the timetable of classes. The Ordering Party reserves the right to set different hours of delivery and collection on individual days of the week. 4.6 Access to the place of commencement of work and exit to the Contractor's seat after completion of the delivery will be carried out at the Contractor's expense. 4.7 The Contractor shall, at his own cost, be obliged to: 4.7.1 Maintain the Vehicles for the Transport of Disabled Persons in a proper technical condition, order and cleanliness; 4.7.2 Observe the Health and Safety and Fire Regulations; 4.7.3 Mark Transit Vehicles That They Are Used To Transport Pupils With Disabilities; 4.7.4 Familiarize yourself with the Route on which the Task will be performed. 4.8 The Contractor is obliged to perform the Subject of the Agreement using its own means of transport and meeting the requirements set out in the Road Transport Act. 4.9 The Contractor bears full responsibility for the safety of the transported Disabled Students. 4.10 A Contractor May Not Cancel Any Course. 4.11 The Contractor is obliged to carry out the Order on the terms and conditions described in the Contract Template constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Swz. 4.12 Attention! The Ordering Party reserves the right to suspend the implementation of the Order in the event of a decision by the competent public administration bodies, including the Minister of National Education, to suspend didactic and educational activities in schools and educational institutions resulting from the occurrence of Covid or other unforeseen situations.
