Description Supply And Delivery Of Various Molecular Biology Reagents And Supplies (epa) Ib No. 2025-goods-013-02-1119 1. The Ilocos Training And Regional Medical Center (itrmc), Through The 2025 National Expenditure Program Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Seven Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-one Pesos And Eighty-two Centavos (php4,726,271.82) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Molecular Biology Reagents And Supplies (epa). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. This Procurement Shall Be Governed By The Guidelines On The Implementation Of Early Procurement Activities (epa) Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra 9184. 2. The Itrmc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For A Period Of Nine (9) Months, On The Scheduled Dates Stated In The Approved Purchase Order (po). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
