The Municipality Of Piddig Through The Ra 7171 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand & 00/100 Pesos (php1,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Construction Of Fmr / Slope Protection For Tobacco Farmers In Barangay Boyboy (125ml Excavation, 125ml Canal Gutter , 125ml Slope Protection). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Piddig Now Invites Bids Construction Of Fmr / Slope Protection For Tobacco Farmers In Barangay Boyboy (125ml Excavation, 125ml Canal Gutter , 125ml Slope Protection). Completion Of The Works Is Required Thirty Six (36) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Municipality Of Piddig -office Of The Bac Secretary, And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday To Friday, Before The Opening Of Bid, Scheduled On January 27, 2025 At 1:30pm. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On January 7, 2025- January 26, 2025 8:00am To 5:00 Pm And January 27, 2025 At 8:00am To 12:00 Pm From The Address Below Municipality Of Piddig -office Of The Bac Secretary, And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (php5,000.00). 6.
