the Objective Of This Project Is To Enhance Energy Efficiency And Temperature Control In The Frc Building Located At 800 N. Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209. The Requirement Includes Installing A Flat Plate Heat Exchanger System To Make The Property More Energy Efficient. The Goal Is To Optimize Power Consumption While Saving Wear And Tear On The New Chillers With The Intent Of Improving Climate Control Within The Building. During The Winter Months, When The Flat Plate System Is Running The Chillers Can Be Turned Off And The Building Can Be Cooled With Outside Air And Two Pumps.

the Primary Goal Of This Project Is To Install A New Flat Plate System With All The Required Pipe Work, Valves And Controls Connected To The Metasys System. The Purpose Is To Require A Design To Save Power And Wear On The New Chillers In Order To Make The Hvac System More Efficient As The Flat Plate Has No Motors Or Moving Parts So When The Flat Plate Is Engaged It Consumes No Power.
the Installation Should Include:
1. The New Flat Plate Unit. The Sizing Of The New Unit To Be Determined By The Contractor.
2. Removal Of Any Abandoned Fan Units Or Equipment In The Central Plant Space To Make Room For The New Equipment. To Include Attached Ductwork Or Pipework. Be Aware The Units May Contain Asbestos Or Lead Based Paint As The Vintage Of The Property Is Pre-1989.
3. Installing New And Rerouting The Original Pipework On The Condenser And Chilled Water Sides To Install The Flat Plate. And Adding Necessary Manual Valves To Control The Flat Plate.
4. All Removed Items Will Be Disposed Of In An Environmentally Sustainable Manor Off The Region 6 Site.
5. Temperature Check Points Will Need To Be Installed And Tied Into The Metasys System So The System Can Be Monitored From The Metasys Central Control Computer.

The Conference Will Be A Virtual Meeting To Provide Information For An Upcoming Contracting Opportunity. The Government Is Planning On Issuing A Total Small Business Set-aside Solicitation For The Design-build Maintenance And Repair Of An Army Reserve Center (arc) Located At Delaware, Ohio. This Event Is Open To Small And Socio-economic Businesses Who Are Registered In System For Award Management (sam.gov) For The Naics Code 236220 (commercial And Institutional Building Construction).
the Proposed Project Will Be For Design And Construction To Repair A 13,255 Sf, 100-member Army Reserve Center Constructed In 1964. This Project Will Repair Failing Facility Components, Extend The Economic Life Of The Facility By 25 Years, And Provide A Modern Training Building That Enables Readiness For The Army Reserve Unit Stationed There. Building Components And Systems To Be Repaired Include The Heating, Ventilation, And Air Conditioning (hvac), Electrical Distribution, Water Distribution, Fire Alarm And Suppression Systems, Ceilings, Windows, Doors, Floor Coverings, Interior Reconfiguration, And Interior Finishes. De Inschrijver Bezorgt Deze Laatste De Elementen Die Nodig Zijn Voor Zijn Opdracht In Samenhang Met Het Project. De Erelonen Zijn Door De Aanbesteder Vastgelegd Door De Toepassing Van Een Forfaitaire Bedrag Van 6.890.000,00 € Excl. Btw Voor Het Multidisciplinaire Ontwerpteam. Raming Van De Werkzaamheden De Aandacht Van De Inschrijver Wordt Gevestigd Op De Wens Van De Aanbestedende Overheid Om Een Project Uit Te Voeren Dat Het Juiste Evenwicht Vindt Tussen Creatieve, Efficiënte En Duurzame Architectuur En Kostenbesparingen Waarvoor De Inschrijver Aandacht Moet Hebben, Zowel Vanuit Het Oogpunt Van De Renovatie Als Van Het Latere Beheer Van Het Gebouw. Details: The U.s. Army Corps Of Engineers Is Hosting An Industry Day/presolicitation Conference Ontuesday, 11 February 2025. The Conference Will Be Held Virtually To Provide Information For An Upcoming Contracting Opportunity. The Government Is Planning On Issuing A Total Small Business Set-aside Solicitation For The Design-build Maintenance And Repair Of An Equipment Concentration Site (ecs) Located At North Cavazos, Texas. This Event Is Open To Small And Socio-economic Businesses Who Are Registered In System For Award Management (sam.gov) For The Naics Code 236220 (commercial And Institutional Building Construction).
the Project Will Be For The Design And Construction For The Maintenance And Repair Army Reserve (mrar) On The Existing Equipment Concentration Site (ecs), B-56767 On The Federally Owned Site North Fort Cavazos. This Design-build Project Will Repair And Construct An Addition To An Existing ~26,000 Square Feet Of Maintenance Part Of The Equipment Concentration Site 64 (ecs-64), Maintenance Building 56767, That Is In A Failing Condition, Constructed In 23 July 2001, And Has Not Undergone Any Major Infrastructure Or System Repairs, Only Limited Maintenance And Repair Work Has Occurred. Project Includes Repair Of Hvac And Electrical Systems, Remove Non-structural Interior Walls To Right-size Rooms And Create Open Flexible Work Space, Restore Inadequate And Non-code Compliant Bathrooms, Repair Light Fixtures With Code Compliant Units, Failed Flooring, Code Compliant Fire Alarm And Suppression System, Repair Electrical Conduit Distribution Throughout The Facility. Access For Individuals With Disabilities Will Be Provided To Include A Code Compliant Entrance Ramp. The Restored Facility Will Meet Minimum Dod Antiterrorism Standards.
