The bidder should have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed at least one contract of similar nature of work with a value of at least 80% of the proposed contract value, or two works with a value of at least 50% of the proposed contract value, or three works with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract value. The value of the work executed should be at least 90% completed as on the date of submission of bid. For Road/ Bridge works: One similar completed work costing no less than the amount equal to 25% of the estimated cost. For Building works: Either one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have personnel with adequate experience, including a Project Manager with 10 years of experience (or Diploma in Civil with 15 years of experience), a Site Engineer with 3 years of experience (or Diploma with 7 years of experience), and other personnel with relevant experience. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - At least 80% of the proposed contract value for one work - At least 50% of the proposed contract value for two works - At least 40% of the proposed contract value for three works - At least 25% of the estimated cost for Road/Bridge works - At least 90% completion of the work as on the date of submission of bid for substantially completed works.
