Section 232 Is A Federal Housing Authority (fha) Loan Product That Provides Mortgage Insurance For Residential Care Facilities Such As Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, And Board And Care Facilities. Section 232 May Be Used To Finance The Purchase, Refinance, New Construction, Or Substantial Rehabilitation Of These Residential Care Facilities. orcf Has Staff Located In Hud’s Headquarters Office In Washington, D.c., And In Numerous Field Offices Around The Country. The Orcf Staff Members Located In Field Offices Are Out-stationed Headquarters Employees.
