The Objective Of This Call For Expressions Of Interest Is To Explore The Possibility Of Delivering Up To An Additional Circa 600 Homes For Social Housing Through A Time-bound And Limited Leasing Intervention That Will Strive To Deliver Better Value For Money For The State Than Existing Standard Leasing.
