Description The House Of Representatives (hrep), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sums Of Php50,000,000.00 For The Supply, Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of An Application, Database Storage Servers, Ups And Other Related Equipment (lot 1) And Php67,136,805.65 For The Digitization Services For Legislative Records And Files Of Hrep-lirmd (lot 2), Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot Under Job Request No. 23-12-0183. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Hrep Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days For Lot 1 And Within Three Hundred Sixty-five (365) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Their Respective Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders).
