He Were Responsible For Installing Primary Drainage Infrastructure That Could Be Transferred To The Local Water Authority, Severn Trent Water (stw). Tetra Tech Have Been Working On Behalf Of He To Liaise With Stw And Agree A Scope Of Works That Would Enable The Assets To Be Transferred To Stw. This Would Subsequently Enable Tw To Have Their Upstream Drainage Transferred To Stw Also. Remedial Works Are To Be Carried Out Under The Existing Section 104 Agreements On The Site, And Under The New Section 104 And Section 102 Applications. The Contracted Works Are To Deliver The Scope Agree With Stw To Enable A Future Transfer Of Infrastructure From Homes England To Stw.
