The bidder is required to furnish the particulars of their prior work experience, including a list of details of works executed by the contractor with their value, a list of details of work under execution by the contractor with their values, and annual turnover of the last one year, with a necessary certificate issued by the respective bank. The bidder should provide year-wise details of previous work to assess their experience, but no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The employment of technical assistants is based on the value of the contract, with specific requirements for different contract values. Bonus for advance completion of work is 1% on the value of the actual quantum of work executed by the contractor at the tendered rate, if the work is completed at least one-tenth of the period before the scheduled completion date.
