The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of civil engineering construction works completed in the preceding five years. The bidder should have completed similar building works costing more than Rs.325.00 lakhs under a single agreement, or works costing more than Rs. 162.50 lakhs in two works (each) completed in any one year during the past five years. Alternatively, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one "Building" work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs 485.00 lakhs, which includes the GST amount in a single agreement, or completed at least two Building works of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs 243.00 lakhs each. The similar nature of work experience should be at least 50% of the proposed contract value for a single work, or 25% of the proposed contract value for two works. The bidder should also have completed works with a value of at least Rs 970.00 lakhs in one of the preceding five years. The value of single work executed shall be brought at the current price level with a cumulative weightage at a rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should provide evidence of the portion of work done and its value, along with a certificate from the Executive Engineer. The bidder should have been in the civil engineering construction field for at least the past five years.
