Dynamic purchasing system: dynamic purchasing system for ophthalmic equipment This dynamic procurement system (dps) covers equipment for the treatment of ophthalmology of hus and other participating entities, other equipment required for the procedures, equipment-related supplies, maintenance services and, where appropriate, other equipment-related services such as training and commercial warehousing services. the subject of the procurement is defined in annex 1 to the call for tenders. dps acquisition phase expires dps expires 28.2.2026dps applications can be submitted for the entire duration of dps. all candidates who meet the eligibility requirements will be admitted to dps. dps internal tenders the actual purchases are made through dps internal tenders. equipment, hardware-related supplies, and services and their specific minimum requirements are described in the dps internal bidding invitations. a contract awarded on the basis of an internal tendering procedure may continue for a fixed or indefinite period after the expiry of the dynamic purchasing system.The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in appendix 1.
