The travel data for a business-related trip would thus be recorded once and in full in one system, there would be no media breaks. Approval steps are to be mapped using electronic workflows. The mapping of electronic travel planning is not part of the project, but should be included in the consideration of the business processes. As a result, throughput times are to be significantly shortened, transparency significantly increased, administration modernized, paper-based processes replaced and synergy effects better utilized through an integrated system.
