The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least X number of projects with contract value not less than Rs. yy for each contract of providing manpower services to Central/State Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies in the last N financial years. The bidder must also have a minimum of 2 GeM contract orders of at least Rs. 1 crore in the last 2 years and must have outsourced a minimum of 50 manpower in Government Organizations. The bidder should also have experience in providing manpower to a minimum of 3 Government Hospitals/Medical Training Centers/Autonomous Government bodies under Central Government/State government in the last 2 years. The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 730 Lakh for 3 years and should have at least 3 years of experience of working in a minimum 100 bed hospital. The estimated bid value is Rs. 36,496,512. The years of past experience required for the same/similar service is 3 years. Past experience of similar services is required, and the value of similar works completed is rupees 1 crore. The bidder should have completed at least 2 similar GeM orders in the last 2 years. The bidder should have ongoing contracts with a minimum of 2 Government departments/Organizations and should have a bank solvency certificate of rupees 1.0 crore.
