Hi Would Like To Review And Strengthen The Institute's Financial Management Processes, Including Resource Allocations, As Well As A Review Of The System Portfolio Of Economic Systems For The Purpose Of Making It More Efficient And Easier. The Norwegian Institute Of Marine Research Needs To Improve Its Financial Management Model To Ensure More Efficient Use Of Resources Throughout The Entire Organisation. There Is A Need For More Accurate And Modern Reporting That Provides A Basis For Better Planning And Better Management Of The Institute ́s Resources. We Would Also Like A Clearer Connection/reconciliation Between The Business Accounts And The Cash Accounts. Our Use Of Grants Is Reported In Accordance With The Cash Principle.
