The bidder must have successful experience as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, having satisfactorily completed or substantially completed similar work during the last five financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. The bidder should have completed work similar to the proposed work, with a value that can be updated using an enhancement factor. The bidder should also have a positive profit in the last three financial years. For the similar works completed, the bidder should have completed at least 90% of the original contract price, and the value of the work done should be at least 90% of the original contract price. The bidder's annual turnover for any one of the last five financial years should be at least Rs. 3.00 Crores, updated to the current financial year using the enhancement factors provided. In terms of similar works, the bidder should have completed or substantially completed at least one work similar to the proposed work, with a completion percentage of at least 90% and a gross value of work done being 90% or more of the original contract price. The bidder must have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, with the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years to be mentioned. The bidder needs to provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years, as well as details of work performed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor. The bidder should also have access to or have available liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 20 percent of the value of the contract, i.e., Rs. 50 Lacs for a contract value of Rs. 3.00 Crores.
