2) Two orders, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 2,81,17,980.30,
3) Three orders, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 89,977,753.69 or 2,24,94,384.24 for three orders.
The bidder must submit a Performance Certificate or satisfactory work completion certificate against the different POs executed.
