The bidder should have experience in "work of Construction / Repair / Renovation / Rehabilitation of Industrial RCC Structure”. They should have executed/completed similar works during the last seven (7) years. The required prior work experience is specified in terms of the value and percentage of similar works completed, which is: - Either one order of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 80% of Rs. 4,07,71,569.07. - Or two orders, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 50% of Rs. 4,07,71,569.07 for each order. - Or three orders, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. The specific values for 80% and 50% of the estimated cost are: - 80% of Rs. 4,07,71,569.07 = Rs. 3,26,17,255.26 - 50% of Rs. 4,07,71,569.07 = Rs. 2,03,85,784.53 The Average Annual Turnover of the bidder should not be less than Rs 122.31 Lacs.
