The bid capacity required to bid has three possible options, each with a specific value and formula based on the estimated cost. 1. One order of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
2. Two orders, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost.
3. Three orders, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the financial qualification criteria include an Average Annual Turnover and Net worth. The Net worth can be calculated using the formula: Net worth = Paid-up share capital + Free reserves. For combined Net worth, the formula is: Net worth (combined) = (x1+x2+X3)/(y1+y2+y3) X 100. A solvency certificate with a value of at least 20% of the estimated cost of the work is also required, which can be calculated as: Solvency Certificate Value = 0.20 * Estimated Cost of Work. Given the estimated cost of work is Rs. 31263360, the solvency certificate value would be: Solvency Certificate Value = 0.20 * 31263360 = Rs. 6252672.

The bidder should have executed or completed similar works during the last seven years. The required prior work experience includes:
1. One order of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
2. Two orders, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost.
3. Three orders, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost.
The similar work means "Work of Civil construction/ Building work / Renovation of Building work / Civil maintenance works". The works like painting, housekeeping, fencing, landscaping will not be considered. Experience certificate of work executed with private firm shall not be accepted. Experience as a joint venture or sub-contractor is not allowed. The bidder must submit performance certificates or satisfactory work completion certificates (issued directly by the utility) or Copy of Processed Final Bill of the executed / submitted PO from the utility.
