The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Team Leader: Minimum 15 years of experience, with experience in similar capacities for assignments of similar magnitude and nature, and experience working with State and/or Central Government. - Senior Architect: Minimum 10 years of experience, with experience in projects of similar scale and nature. - Civil Engineer cum Project Manager: Minimum 10 years of experience, with experience in projects of similar scale and nature. - Key Technical Support Staff: As required and relevant, with additional supporting technical staff. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - Total cost of eligible projects completed/substantially completed by the Bidder: - If the total cost is > 640.00 Crores and < 960.00 Crores, it is worth 20 marks. - If the total cost is > 960.00 Crores and < 1280.00 Crores, it is worth 25 marks. - If the total cost is > 1280.00 Crores, it is worth 30 marks. Additionally, for each eligible project undertaken in the tourism sector, the bidder will be awarded an additional 5 marks per project, and for each eligible project undertaken internationally, the bidder will be awarded an additional 5 marks per project. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed (at least 80%) projects in the last 10 years, with required prior work experience including: - At least one similar work costing not less than ₹ 640.00 crores or equivalent, - OR at least two similar works costing not less than ₹ 400.00 crores each or equivalent, - OR at least three similar works costing not less than ₹ 320.00 crores each or equivalent. The Minimum Average Annual Turnover of the Bidder is also a consideration, with ranges including: - > Rs. 20.00 crore & < Rs. 30.00 crores - > Rs. 30.00 crores & < Rs. 40.00 crores - > Rs. 40.00 crores Key personnel's required experience and qualifications are also specified, including a postgraduate degree and experience in similar capacities for the Team Leader, and specific sub-criteria for Senior Architect and Senior Civil Engineer cum project manager.
