The bidder is required to have experience in similar scope of service, with details of eligible assignments to be provided. The bidder should have undertaken projects under its own name, with adequate evidence to support its claim of eligible experience. The experience of projects under proposal stage or designing stage shall not be considered for technical qualification. The bidder should have successfully executed and completed specific projects, including: 1) Water treatment plant (WTP) with cumulative capacity of minimum 18 MLD in maximum Three Projects, and out of which the bidder should have successfully executed and completed one project of Operation & Maintenance of Water treatment plant (WTP) with minimum capacity of 6.75 MLD. 2) Sewage treatment Plant (STP)/Effluent treatment plant (ETP) with cumulative capacity of minimum 4.4 MLD in maximum Three Projects, and out of which the bidder should have successfully executed and completed one project of Operation & Maintenance of Sewage treatment Plant (STP)/Effluent treatment plant (ETP) with minimum capacity of 1.65 MLD. 3) Water Treatment/Sewage Treatment/Effluent Treatment based on Reverse Osmosis (R.O) technology minimum capacity of 3 MLD in single project. 4) Electrical system of 1.0 MVA or above in any project. 5) Instrumentation system of any one plant (WTP or STP) in any project.
