The bidder must have experience of successfully completed similar works during the last seven years. The similar works can be either of the following:
- Three similar completed works with an updated costing of not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with each work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 129.12 lakhs.
- Two similar completed works with an updated costing of not less than 50% of the estimated cost, with each work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 161.40 lakhs.
- One similar completed work with an updated costing of not less than 80% of the estimated cost, with the work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 258.24 lakhs. For a work to qualify as a similar work, it must meet specific definitions, including completion of at least one work of RCC frame structure building work of minimum Ground floor + First Floor (G+1) with specified updated completion costs. Additionally, the bidder must have valid registration in "E-1" class or above with R&B (Electrical Division) and a valid electrical contractor license, and must have completed at least one work of Internal Electrification work of any building. If the bidder does not have such experience, they must execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a bidder having valid registration and experience. The bidder needs to provide a copy of form-3A / Experience certificate issued by the employer showing all details as required as per Pre-Qualification criteria of successful experience of similar work. Specific values and percentages of similar works completed that are required include:
- 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed works, with each work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 129.12 lakhs.
- 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works, with each work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 161.40 lakhs.
- 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work, with the work having an updated completion cost of not less than Rs. 258.24 lakhs.
