The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government. They should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 113.00 Lakh. The bidder should also have a cumulative work on hand and provide details of similar work experience for the last five years. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The available bid capacity is calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B), where A = Maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years, B = Value at current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next period, and N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work, with a completion certificate issued by a competent government or semi-government authority. The value of similar works completed is required to be mentioned, with a specific format provided for the bidder to fill in the details, including the value of the contract and the stipulated period of completion. The bidder should have access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract. The bidder is required to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The maximum amount of work that can be awarded to a bidder depends on their R&B registration class, with the following limits: - Up to "B" class: Rs. 75 crore or bid capacity, whichever is less - "A" class: Rs. 100 crore or bid capacity, whichever is less - "AA" class: Rs. 150 crore or bid capacity, whichever is less The Annual Financial Turnover of the bidder should be Rs. 308.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should also provide an undertaking for 25% cash investment / Bank Certificate. The bidder should have a minimum "B" Class registration with R&B dept. Government of Gujarat / CPWD Govt. of India and the bidder should have a Bank Solvency amounting to 20% of the Estimated amount valid up to the bid validity period.
